Baby Berkley’s Session…..did I mention I LOVE doing newborns!
I love when we get newborns in the studio, this week alone we have done 4! We were able to meet Berkley earlier this week and let me just tell you she is a big ham. Look out mom and dad you have a model on your hands;) Enjoy….my little guy helped me pick out these for today!
Lyndsey & Colts Wedding/ Coshocton, Oh
We shot Lyndsey & Colt’s wedding last month in Coshocton, Oh. This was one of the hottest days of the year! I think the heat index was like a 107. Although it was a hot one, the couple were just amazing and the guests were a pleasure. Wishing you both the best in the years to come! Enjoy=)

It was a fantastic day for a terrific couple along with all of their family and friends! We could see throughout the whole day the love and happiness the both of you have for one another. I know you both have been together since high school and made it official when you exchanged your rings on your wedding day. Many blessings to you both, I totally can see you guys growing old together sitting on your front porch side by side and hand in hand. Happy married life!!

Boudoir/Pin-Up Marathon…..
I am holding another Boudoir/Pin-Up marathon July 31st & August 7….this will take place at a beautiful hotel suite so our ladies can feel like the princesses that they are! This makes a perfect gift for your significant other or even for just yourself. I am doing 2 hour time slots and a make up artist will be provided. Sitting fee is due at the time of the session and J.W. Clients will receive a discount on your package. If you bring a friend who is interested as well you can save on your sitting fee. Josh & Brandy’s Wedding in Vegas!….
James & I want to thank Josh & Brandy LOTS and LOTS for having us go to Vegas to capture their special day! We were able to spend the day with this awesome couple and we cant thank them enough for a fantastic time! From old Vegas to new Vegas we were all over taking photos…We know married life is going to be a blast for the both of you and we wish you both all the best in the years to come! It was real tuff to decide on which sneaks to put up, so we let our oldest son help=) Enjoy!

Baby C’s session….
A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to photograph baby C’s session, this little guy was really special to me because not only is he my little cousin but I used to babysit his mother from time to time when I was younger. Yeah it made me feel old but I am proud to see that my cousin is becoming a fine young mother herself and is doing a wonderful job. Arryan you have a beautiful bundle of joy and I am so delighted to be able to capture these memories for you. Love you both tons xoxo…
We’re back….
Yes, we are totally behind on blogging again, I honestly hired someone to help us keep this updated but its hard for me to have someone write about our sessions if they were not there to experience it. So again I will do my best to keep all of you readers up to date on our sessions and whats been going on in our world….
For starters James and I have done a lot of traveling this past month, we went to Vegas for a fabalous wedding and came back home for a week and was back out to Virginaia, Beach for another fabulous wedding! In a mix of all of this all of our maternity sessions we have done this past spring have all had their babies….so the last 3 weeks we have done 6 newborn sessions. We have posted some sessions on facebook so if you get a chance head over and check them out. In mean time, keep posted for some new sessions=)

Changes….
The last couple of weeks I have been really thinking a lot about our business from when we started to where we are today. We have grown so much and so fast. I honestly never thought we would grow in our business as much as we have and there are so many people to thank for that–all of our family, friends, clients and of course God who has blessed us in so many ways.
I remember we would book as many sessions we possibly could and each year we kept saying we would not do as many as last year but it seems that each year its more and more then the year before. Plus I always have a hard time telling people no. A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to talk with a fellow photographer friend and we were talking about everything under the moon from our kiddos to camera stuff. She made a comment on value of time and value of our work and it really started making me think more and more of our business and the value and time of it.
It made me realize that it is time for a better balance, its been a long time coming but we are ready. We have decided to make a ton of changes. First we only are going to take a limited amount of sessions each month and a limited amount of weddings for next year. We are booked this year with 48 weddings and no I will not take any more bookings for weddings (wow i just said I was not going to book any more weddings this year! yay me lol) …Right now we have 6 weddings for 2012 and our max will be 2-3 a month.
Our pricing will be changing as well–yes you will be paying more but getting so much more. We continue to challenge ourselves and continue to strive to be differant– we dont want to be your average photographers. . We LOVE what we do but are wanting a better balance of having a family life and valuing our works worth. Our work is art and is displayed in someones home, office and business. Our boys are growing to fast and we want to be able to share these precious times with them before its to late. ~New pricing will start May 1st, 2011~** Sessions that are already booked will still get old pricing**
